How do I make my own life map?

Step 1️⃣: Draw a timeline and plot all the important moments in your life.

Feel free to include as many moments as you like; these moments do not have to be positive experiences.

Step 2️⃣: Link your experiences to skills gained.

For example, (Experience) Being on the debate team and participating in the public speaking competition taught me (skills) good communication and the value of organization.

Step 3️⃣: Use your life map to inform you of your future study or career choice.

How (else) can making a life map help me?
